If Iraq Had Launched Seven Missiles....

I have to repeat this once more. If Iraq had launched seven missiles as North Korea has just done, what would have been Bush's reaction? What would have been his supporters's reactions? It is so baffling that when a real threat is made to America, and let's not kid around, North Korea is a real threat--Iraq was not--Bush and company play it down. What gives?

What gives is that Bush is as incompetent and he is arrogant. As time goes on, it becomes only more and more apparent how incredibly idiotic was the neocon's decision to go into Iraq, with the real threats of N. Korea, China, and Iran, waiting in the wings. Now as we are over extended and wasting billions in Iraq, the true threats to the U.S. grow ever more deadly and serious. George you've got some splaining to do!

I agree.

Bush is afraid to change course, because it would show he was wrong--and you can't ever be wrong!--afraid to fire those who deserve firing--Rumsfeld and Cheney--because that would, on election day, affect his own standing.

Meanwhile, Bin Laden lives on threatening America, North Korea is firing missiles into the Pacific, learning more and more about missile technology, and Iran continues stalling. Oh and in Moghadishu, Islamic fundamentalist warlords take over. Looks like we might have to go into Somalia once again.
