Saddam Had No Ties to Zarqawi

Ah, I'm glad to see this report has finally come out. It sure took them a long time, and released on a Friday to minimize the public effect, as usual. Here's a word of wisdom for everybody: keep an eye out on Fridays. That's when damning information usually comes out of the Bush Administration. Such as this report which proves that Saddam had no connection to Zarqawi, the key reason Bush went into Iraq for in the first place. Well, what do you know. It seems those of us who challenged this from the start were right.

Now when are we going to hold our leaders accountable for their lies?

If you are going to link to news reports, you really ought to read them first. Yesterday you claimed GWB released a video when it was really AL Jazeera. Today you claim that the Bush administration released this report when, if you even bothered to read the report you link to, you could see that it was the senate intelligence committee, whicch counts as it members, among others, Feingold, Feinstein, and Levin. I'm pretty sure that they would stenuously object to your portrayal of them as part of the Bush administration.

generally speaking, when i refer to the Bush administration, I also include their Republican lackeys in the Senate. You cite only the Democrats on the Intelligence Committee, who have no power to say when a report is released. This was released by Republicans, and on a Friday to minimize the damage caused by the public knowing this information.
